The online application form and proof of deposit can be downloaded from the official Open Testing Services website, which is www.ots.org.pk.
The application form duly completed along with the proof of deposit paid for the test fee and other documents must arrive at the Office of Operations Open Service Testing (WDD) No. 1, Central Avenue, Phase-VI, Bahria Town, Islamabad.
The trial fee can be paid at any online branch of Bank Alfalah and Habib Bank.
The last date of submission of the application is October 22, 2019.
The incomplete or received application after the expiration date will not be entertained.
