The National Highway Authority (NHA), in line with the directives of Prime Minister Imran Khan, has launched an internship program aimed at providing training to educated youth in different sectors of the construction industry.
During the first year of the program, up to 12,000 students will receive training in paid and unpaid categories. In the first phase of the program, there will be unpaid internships of one month. The second phase will consist of a three-month paid training with valuable experience that guarantees a job offer.

After completing the training, all CNS companies, consultants and contractors will be required to hire technically qualified interns for at least 12 months.

Youth Internship Program

Under the NHA Youth Internship Program, 3,848 youth internships will be provided.

There will be two phases of the internship program:

Phase I: Unpaid internship for one month during the course of study.
Phase II: Paid internship for three months in the last stage of the degree.

Eligible candidates from all over Pakistan with the required qualifications can apply for the Youth Internship Program at the National Highway Authority (NHA) with the Youth Employment Program for 12,000 interns. Details and descriptions of each publication are given below.

Educational level: MSc, B.Sc, B.Tech, DAE, AutoCAD Diploma
Vacancies or positions: 12,000
Gender: Male and female
Phase I: Unpaid internship with 01 month duration.
Phase II: Paid internship with 03 months duration.

Eligibility of the NHA Youth Internship Program:

The program will also be applicable to students studying in the last year of their degree or diploma. Young students who are even in their last semesters in educational institutions can obtain an internship in NHA in different disciplines. The ratings are different for different publications and please check the official site link and the announcement below. The age limits are different for several publications to consult the official announcement.

Youth Employment Program

Through its program, the National Highway Authority, consultants and contractors who work with NHA will ensure that opportunities are provided to young people.

Under the program, all consultants, as well as contractors, will be required to hire technically qualified young people for at least 12 months in their configuration, otherwise, they will not work with NHA. (This must meet the qualification criteria to be eligible to work).
